Stationery Orders (YDX Art brand)
Orders will take 1 to 2 weeks to process on average.
Please note that the default shipping method is untracked. If you would like tracking, please add the tracking item at check-out!
The shipping times vary depending on the country the order is being shipped to. For the default shipping option (untracked), current estimates are:
- Canada - 3 days to 2.5 weeks
- US - 1.5 weeks to 4 weeks
- International - 2 weeks to 5+ weeks
Keycap Orders (sunniekeycaps brand)
Orders with no pre-ordered items will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
For orders where an item is on pre-order status, the entire order will ship once the pre-ordered item is fulfilled.
Please individual listings for the estimated pre-order wait time.
Keycap orders are all shipped with a tracking number which will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Tracked shipping times are roughly estimated as follows:
- Canada - 2 to 12 business days
- US - 3 to 6 business days
- International - 4 to 22 business days

The processing time will depend on your specific order and the items purchased.
The entire order will ship once all items are fulfilled and the order will include tracked shipping.
